North Hills Club is dedicated to the fitness and wellness of our members. We use state of the art fitness equipment and techniques to bring our members the best workout possible. Our goal is to bring specialty classes that are available in the area to our club. So instead of having to travel to a Pilates or yoga studio, we bring the classes to you, taught by the best instructors in the area. If you are interested in High Energy Athletic Style Training or TRX Training, we offer those classes or small group training. If group cycling is your thing, we have that too!
We offer over 20 classes per week on our group fitness schedule, and we are always looking for new ways to improve our class offerings to keep them fresh. Water aerobics is available during the summer months, and we also have several small groups that train together boot camp style.
The Fitness Center is our 2500 square foot facility equipped with Life Fitness commercial strength training machines, Hammerstrength strength training equipment, Life Fitness treadmills, elliptical machines, summit trainers, and recumbent bikes, as well as Octane seated elliptical machines.
North Hills Club has a beautiful dedicated Group Fitness Room, and a dedicated Cycling Studio, both located next to the Fitness Center.
North Hills Club offers personal training and small group training to the members, provided by nationally certified master trainers.
Donna DixonFitness Director
North Hills Club Fitness Director, Donna Dixon, is a nationally certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at the Master Trainer Level. She has been in fitness management at several Country Clubs in the Triangle Area, and has also been a corporate fitness specialist for Nortel Networks in RTP. She was the Regional Group Fitness Director for Gold’s Gym in the triangle, as well as the Regional Fitness Director for Pulse Athletic Club.
Donna currently serves as a Board Member on the Wake County Council on Health and Fitness, a position for which she was appointed by the Wake County Commissioners.
