North Hills Club offers over 20 specialty Group Fitness Classes on our Group Fitness Schedule. Many of our classes are suitable to every level of participant. Pilates, Yoga, and Strength/Cardio Circuit are several choices that are appropriate for any adult, and can be modified. If you want more of a challenge, try Total Body Conditioning or Group Cycling. Starting in January, we will be offering a Sunday afternoon 75 minute Group Cycling Ride, that will challenge even the most advanced cyclist.
If you are looking for a little gentler class, try Gentle Yoga or Water Aerobics, offered during the summer months in our beautiful outdoor swimming pool.
If you are not sure of where to start, North Hills Club’s Fitness Director Donna Dixon can answer any of your fitness questions and start you on a path to wellness. We also have several master level Personal Trainers who serve the members at North Hills Club who can guide you to great health on site. Personal Training sessions and Fitness Assessments are offered on an hourly basis to the club’s members.
