Dining at the North Hills Club Grille is an excellent experience for our membership. Chef Tom Budd prepares a superb array of cuisine for our members. He and his culinary staff prepare all menu items fresh and to order. Chef Tom can create anything from simple Southern home-style foods to exquisite multiple course dinners. We are known for our North Hills Salad, fresh ground Angus Burgers and homemade desserts.
Lunch Service - Tuesday - Saturday: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Looking for a quick meal on the run? The Salad Bar is available during lunch Tuesday through Saturday and always features one of Chef Tom’s home-made soups. This is a great option for those looking for a light lunch or a quick bite to-go as well as our entire à la carte menu.
Dinner Service -is offered Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening from 5 pm - 8 pm. Pasta Night is a popular favorite on Wednesday and Chef Tom picks something special for our Thursday theme. Friday night our regualr grille menu is offered. (Please note the regular menu is available even when speicals are offered.)

As Executive Chef, Tom is responsible for the culinary team at North Hills Club. After attending the Academy of Culinary Arts, Tom honed his skills at various establishments including The Grapevine Restaurant as well as Harrah’s Marina Casino in Atlantic City. From there Tom moved on to operate as a Chef in the well-known club environments of PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and Governors Club in Chapel Hill, NC before leaving for the corporate restaurant world of Brinker International operating Maggiano’s Little Italy chain of family restaurants. Tom joined North Hills Club in January 2007.
