As Executive Chef, Tom is responsible for the culinary team at North Hills Club. After attending the Academy of Culinary Arts, Tom honed his skills at various establishments including The Grapevine Restaurant as well as Harrah’s Marina Casino in Atlantic City. Tom gained extensive experience in the prestigious Club environments of PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, as well as Governor’s Club in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He then moved to the corporate restaurant world of Brinker International where he then worked with Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurants. Chef Budd joined the North Hills family in 2006 and since has received the coveted title of Certified Executive Chef, making him among the top Chefs in the Club industry. Chef Tom enjoys spending time with his family and his two labs: Rosy and Buddy.
